We began providing our patients with Behind-the-Ear (BTE) hearing aids, which offer significant improvements over traditional body-level machines.

To further enhance patient care, we introduced Trimmer Digital BTE hearing aids, known for their precision, flexibility, and improved sound clarity. These devices allow for fine-tuning based on individual hearing needs.

This year, we proudly established the 2nd Siemens (now Signia) Best Sound Centre in West Bengal and Eastern India, located at our Park Circus unit.

This year, we proudly undertook several large-scale outreach projects, reinforcing our mission to make hearing care accessible to all :

At Panihati Old Age Home, we provided free hearing aids to elderly residents in need, bringing back the joy of sound to their lives.

Through Project Dhwani, in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Kolkata North East, we distributed 50 free hearing aids to underprivileged individuals after proper screening and assessment.

Partnering with Gandhi Global Family and the Rotary Club of Kolkata North East, we traveled to Maipith, Sundarbans, and provided 50 free hearing aids to those in need, following thorough diagnostic evaluations.

Under Project Japon, in association with the Inner Wheel Club of Kolkata North East, we distributed 30 hearing aids to deserving recipients, ensuring they received the support they needed for a better quality of life.

We also marked a major milestone by inaugurating our Burdwan Unit, expanding our reach further into West Bengal. The event was graced by Dr. Shaswata Sarkar, Dr. Ritam Roy and Prof. Dr. A.K. Bhowmik, with the esteemed presence of our Director, Ms. Nabanita Sengupta.

These initiatives reflect our unwavering commitment to serving communities with compassion, care, and cutting-edge hearing solutions.

This year, we successfully conducted Dhwani 2 in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Kolkata North East, continuing our shared mission to bring hearing care to those who need it most.

The project once again made a meaningful impact, reaching more lives through screening, support, and hearing aid distribution.
